    Project Management for Housing and Green Initiatives

    Our team is supporting a First Nation, in managing a variety of housing projects across community locations. The work includes home renovations and new home construction, with portions of the retrofit projects utilizing funding from the Greener Homes Grant program.

    This project involves coordination with residents, administration, Chief and Council, contractors, and granting agencies to deliver positive housing impacts for the community.

    A focus on safe, functional, durable, aesthetic and cost-effective solutions is yielding high-quality housing outcomes.

    Municipal Recovery Support – Natural Disaster Response

    Our team is supporting the Municipality of Jasper’s recovery efforts following the 2024 wildfire, providing project management expertise across tracking, transition, and demobilization activities. We assist with monitoring action items, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring a structured, accountable approach to recovery operations.

    This work highlights our ability to support municipalities in high-pressure, rapidly evolving situations, helping to maintain continuity, streamline processes, and ensure recovery efforts are efficiently tracked and executed. Through this support, communities can more effectively manage recovery activities as they work toward rebuilding.

Founded by Andy Esarte, P.Eng., after more than 20 years managing infrastructure and delivering projects as a design engineer at the City of Calgary, and Project Manager/ Engineering Manager for the Town of Canmore, Aurora was created to do things better.
